Project Process

1. Architecture & Design

Our approach integrates engineering, architecture, and manufacturing to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and industry standards.
2. Permit & Approval

The proposed design undergoes review by four key departments — Health, Utility, Fire, and Building — ensuring it meets all county and/or government regulations before moving forward.
3. Construction

Once approvals are in place, construction begins, following the approved design and adhering to all local requirements and guidelines.
4. Inspection & C/O

After construction is completed, a final walk-through inspection may be conducted with the client. Necessary adjustments are made, and once everything is in order, a Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) is issued.
